Another Easter has come and gone.
Dinner leftovers are in the frig.
I’ve been inspired by your memes and gifs,
admired your adorable family pictures,
eaten more chocolate than I should have,
watched the Easter lily start to wilt,
and taken a nap after a busy church weekend where we repeatedly, collectively, enthusiastically proclaimed, “Christ is risen! He is risen, indeed!”
But now, on Monday, has anything changed? Have *we* changed? Has this focused reminder of the Resurrection actually led to any new direction or resolve or commitment?
Remembering the Resurrection has power to transform us and to transform our communities. Let’s not drift back into life the way it was last week, but instead look for new ways to demonstrate Christ’s victory over sin and death. It’s never too late for that, you know…
… even after Easter has come and gone.
Date 2/11/26
Breakfast 7:30a - 9:30a
Networking 9:30a - 11:30a (optional)
Just as the church is one body with many individual members all working together, our community service is one effort addressed by many nonprofit organizations. What are the obstacles to working together, and how can we minimize them? How do we effectively collaborate for the common good?
Charly Weldon, Chandler James, and Dr. Amy Fuller will frame our discussion as we explore the spiritual, strategic, legal, and practical implications of Constructive Nonprofit Collaboration.
